Obstetrics & Gynaecology Consulting Group (OGCG) is a group of four female gynecologists based in North Melbourne. Our gynecologists are able to advise and treat the range of gynecology conditions as well as perform laparoscopic procedures should the need for surgery arise.

Gynecologists deal in general with women's reproductive health. This can include issues such as: abnormal pap smears, contraception methods and contraception insertion, menstrual problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pelvic pain, endometriosis, fertility issues, pre-pregnancy counselling, continuing care after you have had your baby, early pregnancy complications such as ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage, pelvic floor prolapse, urinary incontinence and menopausal issues. Gynecologists can remove a fibroid or ovarian cyst during open surgery or laparoscopy, and perform a colposcopy or hysterectomy.

Our group philosophy supports your choice of primary gynecologist and ensures that you are familiar with our other female gynecologists who may cover shifts overnight or on the weekend. Our doctors work independently but support each other with a shared after-hours, on-call roster.
