Pap Smears
Pap Smears are a recommended test for all women who are sexually active and over 18 years of age. In Australia it is recommended that they are performed every two years.
The aim of a pap smear test is to identify changes to the cervix which may indicate the onset of cervical cancer.
The three female gynaecologists in our clinic provide a comfortable environment in which to conduct a pap smear as well as provide advice about other gynaecological issues you may wish to discuss.
Choose your own Gynaecologist
Our group philosophy supports your choice of primary gynaecologist and ensures that you are familiar with our two other doctors (whom you will have met during your pregnancy) who may cover shifts overnight or on the weekend. Our doctors work independently but support each other with a shared after-hours, on-call roster.
